Full day retreats as well as half day or luncheon retreats are available. Just Breathe! A FULL DAY RETREAT • Start with relaxation and stretching • Participate in a “Stress Alternative” gathering • Discuss “Finding Ease in your Work Day” with Steve Shealy PhD • Break for lunch in our Asian Dining Area • Rejuvenate in the afternoon with “Breaking the Surface", a fun and interactive workshop Workshop includes “Just Breathe” CD for each participant, plus 1 yoga class. Substitutions of alternate workshops, a yoga class, or your own staff/sales meeting can be arranged. Cost: $1,200 (5 to 10 participants, $20 pp for additional over 10) Rejuvenate! A HALF DAY RETREAT(4 hrs.)
